Continental U.S. (49 states):

  • Free shipping on orders over $149

Hawaii & Alaska:

  • Standard shipping: $35.00

  • Free shipping on orders over $249

Canada:

  • Central Provinces:

    • Standard shipping: $20.00

    • Free shipping on orders over $299

  • Remote Provinces & Northern Territories:

    • Standard shipping: $50.00

    • Free shipping on orders over $499

Note: Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when thresholds are met. Rates cover standard shipping only; expedited options incur additional fees.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times exclude order processing and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs (for international) may occur.

 

4. International Shipping

Supported regions: Canada, UK, Australia, EU.Contact us to calculate the order amount before making payment.
Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination.
Customs/duties: Buyer responsibility; not included in order totals.

5. Order Tracking & Support

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Use it via carrier websites (e.g., USPS, DHL) or our email.
